Managed Services

Our Managed Services offering is designed to deliver the highest levels of support for your IT systems whilst being cost-effective and providing you complete control over your IT investment. It will allow you to concentrate on running your business while our technical team focuses on monitoring and maintaining high availability, security and performance of your IT systems for you. We are your dedicated IT team.

Because each business has different priorities and places emphasis on differing parts of the IT system, we will tailor the service and support offerings to meet your business needs and build our Managed Services Package specific for your organisation.

Our Managed Services offering is on a flat fee basis where we provide all included services, for the same price, month to month, with no hidden extras.

The Managed Services Agreement can include all or selected services:

Pre-Paid Service Plans

The Pre-Paid Service Plans are ideal for businesses that manage their IT with their internal staff, but need occasional high technical expertise or support with the workload by “virtual technicians” with the predefined response times e.g. for support in preventative maintenance, support escalation or high level technical services.

The support hours are purchased in sets of 10 (e.g. 10, 20, 30 or more) with the discounted rate of 5% from the ArcusIT standard hourly rate. If you purchase 50 hours or more you will receive a discount of 10% from the ArcusIT standard hourly rate.

The key features of Pre-Paid Service Plans Agreement are:

  • Client self-service issue logging system
  • Prioritised Support as per Service Agreements
  • Responsive support escalation.
  • Monthly support statements detailing the status of support hours and support activities.

Casual Support

Our Casual (or adhoc) Support arrangement allow a client who requires infrequent access to IT support to schedule and pay for support as-they-go. This service is good for the businesses that want to try our services, before they commit to any other arrangement.

The key features of Casual Support are:

  • Support requests raised via the ArcusIT Customer Support Desk.
  • Support requests are scheduled for the next available support engineer.
  • Pay-as-you-go. ie. time and materials based billing as per the ArcusIT standard hourly rate
  • Monthly invoicing with details of services provided
